Joining the Hy-Crest Bullfrogs

The goals of the Hy-Crest Swim/Dive Team is to improve the swimming and diving skills of each team member, to encourage each member to swim/dive to the best of her/his ability, and to develop positive self esteem and team spirit in a fun and relaxed atmosphere.

As a member of the Butler County Swim League, Hycrest competes in 8 dual meets (4 dive meets) and two or three invitational meets over an eight week season.

The teams practice weekday mornings, age group practice times can be found in the Team Information Log (green booklet) available at the information meeting. Swim/Dive meets are Tuesday and Thursday evenings and can run until 11:00pm. Team members are expected to attend practice regularly and participate in as many meets as possible. Team families are required to cheer loudly, pay team fees, and fulfill volunteer requirement.

How to Join:  Please join us on Sunday, May 19th at 5:00 pm for registration night and meet the coaches. This is a great opportunity to meet the Coaches and the Swim/Dive Team Committee, and ask questions. Before the meeting you will be able to submit registration forms, pay team fees and get fitted for your team suit. Volunteer signups will occur online at www.hycrestswimclub.com. Signups will not open until May 23rd at 8pm. Hope to see you all at the meeting!

Team Fees:

Diver-$80

Swimmer - $100

Swimmer & Diver - $160

Family Cap - $300

Volunteer Fee - $100 (will be returned when volunteer duties are met)

Team fees are due by Sunday May 19, 2013. 

A $25.00 late fee will be assessed for any registration or fee payment made after this date.

** An $8.00 registration fee per family.
